MOU-Signing-PSG-College

Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) signs MoU with PSG College of Technology for setting up a Skill Centre (COE) in Coimbatore

Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) and PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to set up a Skill Centre (COE) for strengthening skill development in telecom sector in Coimbatore.

Telecom Broadband Technology, Optical Fiber Technology and Splicing, Network Management, Customer Care Skills, Mobile Technology, Repairs and various other training courses will be provided at the Skill Centre.

The Skill Centre will help in promoting and supporting Digital India and Make in India campaigns of government of India.

The MoU was signed by Lt Gen Dr. SP Kochhar, CEO, Telecom Sector Skill Council and Dr. R. Rudramoorthy, Principal, PSG College of Technology.

This MoU would help complement each other’s technical capabilities and industry reach, to achieve a common goal of skilling India in the telecom and ICT domain. PSG College of Technology and TSSC training partners will synergize their efforts and conduct approved courses, resulting in improved proliferation of ICT courses in India.
